Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olive Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin or vodka

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • 2-3 Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olives

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add gin or vodka and dry vermouth.

  3. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with 2-3 blue cheese-stuffed olives on a cocktail pick.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

 

Stuffed Olive Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño-Stuffed Olives, sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

 

Spicy Olive Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup Red-Hot Turkish Pepper Stuffed Olives

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Add chickpeas, olives, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic to a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding olive oil gradually to reach desired consistency.

  3. Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.

  4. Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, olives, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Toss to coat.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
