Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olive Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz gin or vodka

1/2 oz dry vermouth

2-3 Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olives
-
Ice
Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add gin or vodka and dry vermouth.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with 2-3 blue cheese-stuffed olives on a cocktail pick.

Stuffed Olive Pasta Salad
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

1/2 cup Jalapeño-Stuffed Olives, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Spicy Olive Hummus
Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup Red-Hot Turkish Pepper Stuffed Olives
-
1/4 cup tahini
-
2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic
-
1/4 cup olive oil
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:

Add chickpeas, olives, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic to a food processor.

Blend until smooth, adding olive oil gradually to reach desired consistency.

Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.

Serve with pita bread or fresh veggies.
