Our journey began in 2003 when Michael McGillen, our founder and dad, created his now-famous jalapeño stuffed olives for family parties. The olives were an instant hit—so much so that friends and family began asking to buy them.

With nothing more than determination and a garage, Michael started making his gourmet stuffed olives by hand, one jar at a time. What began as a small family project quickly grew into a thriving business, built on the foundation of dedication, creativity, and love for sharing exceptional flavors.

Today, Olive It and More proudly offers over 26 varieties of hand-stuffed olives and an expanded selection of gourmet products. From martini-ready vermouth-soaked olives to innovative pairings like garlic & jalapeño or chipotle & lime, we bring artisanal quality to every jar.
